Ever since I was an annoying lil' brat I've been drawing whenever there was something I could draw with in my reach. Most of my drawings were only random doodles at the corners of my exercise books (yes, I was rather doodling in my books instead of listening to the teachers already as a first-grader >:-D), but after I've signed up here, I was so inspired by so many amazing artists that I've suddenly felt the urge to draw those doodles properly - and I still have the impulse to do so, and I doubt that this eagerness will disappear as long as you keep surprising me with awesome artworks.
I'm not blessed with natural talent, and I'm a lazy person who doesn't like to practise, so I'm sorry that my backgrounds either look like sh*t or are non-existent and sorry for always messing up the anatomy. But I think I've improved a lot just by drawing things properly, so someday (in the far far future) you might see a picture with an actual background from me... but I promise nothing! xD
I know that I used to say that I'd take requests with pleasure, but I won't do this anymore (or at least anytime soon), because there are too many things I want to draw right now. I'll let you know when I'm ready to take requests again.
If you want to post my artworks anywhere or want to copy them, feel free to do so, but please let me know first! I do feel honored if I see my pictures on other websites, but I don't like to be surprised by seeing them, so please send me a note before reposting. Thanks for your understanding!

Der Tagesspiegel hat vor einiger Zeit einen sehr schönen Artikel über One Piece veröffentlicht, den ihr euch hier anschauen könnt. Unbedingt lesen und weiterempfehlen! Der Autor des Artikels hat zwar komischerweise die Originalnamen verwendet und sich auch nicht um Spoilers geschert, aber trotzdem, so viele positive (und selbst für mich als riesen OP-Fan teilweise gar zu positive) Bemerkungen hab ich noch nie in so ner richtigen Kritik außerhalb der One Piece Fangemeinde gelesen^^

For me, there is no better author than John Ronald Reuel Tolkien. The world has lost its most incredible genius on September the 9th, 1973. A toast to this awesome man, creator of Middle-Earth and father of modern Fantasy.

Why? Beacuse I'm evil? No. Not really. That's just a sad prejudice since the protagonists are all Gryffindors and the antagonists Slytherins. And because Gryffindors mainly say bad things about Slytherins : P
Besides, my favorite character, Snape, was Slytherin also so I can't wish for more. And I can't imagine to be in any other house anyway, I'm not diligent enough for Ravenclaw, I'm not...err... hufflepuffic enough for Hufflepuff and I don't care for other people's opinions of me enough for being Gryffindor. I am determined, resourceful, kind of venturesome and I have a gift for breaking the rules. Oh, and I like to make fun of others (though that goes for fictional characters only, but still). I believe the sorting hat made the right decision and I'm happy.

I've finally got a tablet!

I've finally purchased a tablet (a Wacom Bamboo Fun & Touch Medium 3rd Generation) and of course I had to try it out immediately.
First of all I have to thank ~lavanae (https://www.deviantart.com/lavanae), :iconMcFrankyArt: and :iconSarahSoak: for detailed information about different tablets and for sharing their experiences. I'd have never bought one if I wasn't sure that it was possible to draw properly on it.
It is quite strange to not being able to look on where I am drawing but instead on a monitor in front of me, but I think it's something I can get used to with time. The most difficult thing for me is to draw a line, to stop and then to try to continue whe
